Welcome to DM Fit!

Hi! I’m Donna and welcome to my website.

My focus and passion is working with women from Pre-Conception to Menopause.

My classes include Pilates, BuggyFit and Metafit Classes.

“I signed up to the lean in 15 challenge with Donna, it was so great to fit in around a busy schedule and the kids. The exercises were enjoyable and encouraging and Donna demonstrates how to do each exercise to your ability which is great. If you miss a class, you can catch up later in the day which is prefect when you have kids and school runs etc. We were also provided with nutritional advice and recipe ideas. Would definitely recommend especially for busy mums.”
